These terms cover your use of the RaceSync app and service. Using it means accepting them.
RaceSync reads your race registrations from RunSignup and mirrors them onto a calendar it creates for you. It is provided free of charge, with no purchases or subscriptions.
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It depends on RunSignup, Google, and Microsoft, any of which may change or fail without notice.
Do not rely on it as your only record of when a race starts. A sync can be delayed or wrong — the source data can change, a provider can reject a write, a token can expire. Confirm the details with the race organiser. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a missed or mistimed race, or for any loss arising from use of the service.
You may stop using RaceSync at any time: disconnect your calendar in the app, or ask for your data to be deleted at support@raceapi.com. We may suspend or end access that is abusing the service or breaking these terms.
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use RaceSync after a change means accepting it.
